Well, I think I learned what I did wrong to my poor Hen and Chicks plant in the fall. I watered it to death. I guess succulents don’t need a lot of water to survive. I should have read up on it before I brought them inside. All those Pinterest pins I have now would have come in handy.
So I have been on the lookout for something to replace it and I came across one in a gift shop in the building where Les had a shoulder checkup. His name is Echeveria.
The tag says to let him dry out between watering and let him have lots of light.
I put him in a little yellow pot in the sunroom. I’m sure he will get moved around many times as construction progresses but for now he looks happy. And if any of you close by have succulent babies that are looking for a home, let me know 🙂
