Tulip Time
First of all, thanks for all the positive feedback on the photo canvas post. It warms my heart! And a special thanks to anyone who shares the link. I would love for this little blog to grow and everything helps!
So are you ready to have a shot of colour in all of the white that is winter?
There you go! Aren’t they beautiful?
Tulips are a sign of spring to me. Even if I have to hunt them down because they are not in season and won’t be for several months.
After Christmas is put away, and the house seems a little empty, it feels great to add a jolt of hope for the warmer weather to come.
We are usually looking forward to a winter, warmer weather trip but Les has torn some tendons in his shoulder so we are waiting for a surgery date instead. He is in a lot of pain and can’t get comfortable so he doesn’t sleep much right now. He hurt it in December and it looks like he will be waiting until February or March for surgery. No motorbike for us in the near future!

Love, love those tulips, and the promise of spring they represent! 🙂
Tulips are beautiful…they are like ‘two lips’ from their creator kissing his creation. So sorry to hear that Les is in pain, I will pray for him…but remember for whatever reason, God is working a much bigger plan than we can see and He is knitting it all together into a beautiful tapestry for our good and His glory.
Thank you Ruby!
