Welcome Senecio
I was killing some time in Calgary last week and decided to see if I could add to my succulent collection. You know – my collection of one.
Unless of course the ones in my garden survived the winter.
I found this little guy called Senecio. Or String of Beans. Or, as the shop owner called it, String of Pearls. I like the sound of pearls more than beans.
It looks totally different than Echeveria but I think they will get along quite nicely.
On another note, having Les home and somewhat mobile has accelerated the yard work this year. I am dreaming of all of the time I will have this summer because I won’t have to do most of the mowing. Hmmm…
AT least succulents don’t need to be mowed! We have a gravel yard and lots of succulents!! No mowing! Enjoy.
Very true Eileen! Mowing is a time-consuming procedure.
