An Old Homestead
I had the opportunity to photograph a couple of old homestead buildings back in May. One was a house and one was used as a barn. I think that the barn was a house originally.
The paint was peeling. The floors were collapsing. They were filled with the remnants of many years.
I love old buildings like these. They hold so much history. You wonder about who lived in them. What their lives were like.
I hope there was a lot of joy and love in these rooms. And hope. Hope is a good thing.
