Crocheted Bracelets
One of my latest evening projects are these crocheted bracelets.
I took an online course and then started experimenting. The first project was a single strand. It closes with a button and a beaded loop. Simple and quite easy.
Then I decided to try a wrap. I love turquoise so I decided to make that the main colour for this wrap. I love the colour combination but I realized that you can’t spread out the same beads along the length of the wrap. When you wind it around your wrist, it bunches some of the beads together in a way I don’t care for.
This is the latest wrap. I used a mixture of natural stone, glass, shell and metal beads. This is my favorite one so far. Everything is crocheted on a nylon cord.
I am thinking of selling these wraps. This one would sell for $45. What do you think of them? Are they something you would wear?

They look very pretty 🙂 Do they move around on your wrist at all, or are they close fitting? I think I’d like to see what they looked like as a necklace, or are they too short? What fun to experiment with how they look, but I imagine they take a bit of time?
Thanks! It is not super close fitting on me but it would depend on the wrist size and how many times you are able to wrap it. I think it would look great as a necklace! I think the selection of the beads takes as long as the crochet at this point!
